The boardwalk was closed 120 days for construction
The western section of the trail in downtown Washington will be closed for nearly four months for construction, the City of Washington announced via social media on Wednesday. There will be no public access.
This is the third phase of a three year project to replace the sidewalk. This phase will replace the final 505 feet of the total 1,980 feet. footpath.
